Are your journals available as digital downloads or printed books?

Many of our journals are available as digital downloads, printed journals, or bundles that include both. Available formats are listed on each product page.

When will I receive my digital download?

Digital products are delivered automatically after purchase. You'll receive access to your files immediately after checkout.

Can I print my digital journal at home?

Yes. You may print your journal at home, through a local print shop, or use it digitally with apps such as Goodnotes or Notability.

How long does it take to receive a printed journal?

Printed journals are professionally printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner. Production and shipping times may vary based on location and demand.

Can I use my digital journal on an iPad or tablet?

Absolutely. Many customers use their journals with note-taking apps on tablets and other devices.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with a printed journal, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I share my digital files with others?

Purchases are for personal use only. Please do not distribute, resell, or share digital files.

Who creates the journals and affirmation cards?

Every journal and affirmation card deck is personally created by Jill Simmons, founder of Run Like a Girl Studio, and inspired by themes of healing, growth, self-trust, and personal transformation.
